New tele-coaching program for Healthy Weight Loss and Stress Resilience

As a cancer survivor who has also overcome my own food, weight and lifestyle obstacles, it is now my passion to help others struggling to let go of their unwanted pounds and self-imposed stress. If this sounds like what you're looking for, then let me help you lighten up to a healthier, happier YOU!

Over the years I have helped a multitude of people through my weight loss coaching program using the principles in my internationally acclaimed book, The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive Living.

What I discovered time and time again is the strong link between stress management and weight management. And even for those who don't struggle with physical weight issues, their ability to cope with the stresses of daily life has a direct impact on their eating and other lifestyle habits that influence their levels of health and wellness.

As such, I have re-designed my weight loss program which I now offer as a 12-week Group Coaching program all done by telephone and internet making it accessible regardless of one's location. On March 12th, I am also launching my new Stress Resilience Coaching program to help people build their stress management abilities for increased health and wellness.

If you're serious about eating healthy, managing your weight or building your stress resilience for a healthier and happier life, then I invite you to learn more about my unique tele-coaching programs which may be exactly what you've been looking for.

Next programs starting soon. Register now and SAVE.
