Roslyn Franken is an inspirational author, speaker and proud cancer survivor dedicated to inspiring people with hope, health and positivity through her books and inspirational speaker programs.

She created this Blog to share ideas, stories and inspiration to help you lighten up to a healthy, happy life.

Roslyn is the author of an inspirational biographical book entitled, Meant to Be: A True Story of Might, Miracles and Triumph of the Human Spirit about her parents’ amazing survival, love and triumph over tragedy as Holocaust and atomic bomb survivors. Her earlier book entitled The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive Living, is an inspirational self-help book which outlines step-by-step why and how Roslyn took charge of her health and weight ten years after surviving cancer when she got on the scale one day and saw that she was at her heaviest weight ever.

For people who have a great idea for a book that can bring hope and positive inspiration to others, Roslyn has an Author Coaching Program where she helps people write it themselves or she writes it for them as a Ghost Writer.
